I've been experiencing high ping during gaming for the past couple of months. My ISP (AT&T)
recommended I replace my ancient Westell VersaLink modem for a new one. I purchased an Actiontec Modem Router (GT784WN) hoping it would fix the problem, but the problem still occurs. My Ping only stays consistent between 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Afterwords, my ping spikes anywhere from 110 (which is the norm considering where the game's server is located) to over 600.
I don't know much when it comes to stuff like this, so ask me to provide what's needed to solve this issue.
