I just got a new computer from ibuypower here are the specs:
Processor AMD FX-8320 CPU (8x 3.50GHz/8MB L3 Cache)
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P -- AMD 970
Memory 8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module
1 x Video Card AMD Radeon R9 270X - 2GB - Single Card
1 x Power Supply 850 Watt - Corsair RM850 - 80 PLUS Gold, Full Modular
1 x Processor Cooling Asetek 510LC Liquid CPU Cooling System [AMD] - Standard 120mm Fan
1 x Primary HD- Samsung 256gb SSD
1 x Secondary Hard Drive 1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive
Hello my problem is that my cpu temperatures are very high-around 50 c idle and after I played one game it was way over 70. This is with the asetek lc system. Here is a screenshot of idle temps using both speedfan and the easytune:
The other thing I noticed is that one of my fans on the cooling system is not spinning at all. Here is a picture (my comp is on when this picture was taken):
Does that fan only spin when my temps reach too high? I think its supposed to be always on? I'm a computer noob sorry Thanks so much for your time.
Edit: the fan on the radiator only has two connections I could find both are plugged into the mobo in the spots called cpu fan and pwr fan.
