Help with water cooling Please!

Can you guys please give me parts for watercooling this build
700d
i7 4790k
2x 780s (reference pcb)
I would like a 360 mm rad and a 240 mm rad
I will be using lepa BOL fan because they are amazing
my buget is 400-500
if possible i would like compression fittings

The aqua computer blocks are quite good

Good rads are the alphacool nexxxos ut60 and xt45, www.martinsliquidlab.com tested them.

You can use that side to find the best CPU block for you, martin also did comparisons between the DDC pumps and the D5, you should have a look at it. You'll also need a reservoir which is totally personal preference...

400-500 might get tight, because 2 fullcover GPU blocks already cost ~250$, a good pump setup around 80-90$, a CPU block 50$, the ut60 240mm is 75$ I think (don't know about the 360mm) and you still need a res, tubing and fittings
