A couple of times lately, my computer has froze and I just recently bought a gaming combo of a mouse and keyboard, so I thought maybe it was that and the mouse was still lit up and it turns out that the computer froze and I had no way of doing ctrl-alt-delete? what's wrong? how can I fix this? I have norton and ccleaner.
