Hey everyone from Tom's Hardware.
I want to buy a new gaming/editting system.
I need to have Good FPS and I wanna play it in 1080P.
I have already made a little system, its around 1200 euro's (I live in Europe)
I'm going to overclock.
So here's my list

CPU : Intel Core i7 4790K
GPU : EVGA GEFORCE GTX 770 SUPERCLOCKED
Motherboard : MSI Z87-G45 Gaming
PSU : Corsair CX750M
Harddisk : Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 ST1000DM003, 1TB
SSD : Crucial MX100 256GB
Case : Fractal Design Define R4 Pearl Black - Window
RAM : Crucial Ballistix Tactical 2x 8GB @1600MHZ

That's the setup!
I already asked on a Dutch forum for advice and this is what they gave me, except for the GPU
CPU and PSU.
Maybe I dont know a lot of computers but im just 11 years old.
Hope I could get your advice.
Cya!

It looks pretty good for me.

My suggestion is: Change the motherboard to a similarly priced Z97, so you can upgrade your CPU in the future if you want. Z97 supports the upcoming broadwell cpus (5th gen Core).

I would try to get a different power supply, the CX series uses cheap capacitors that fail at high heat/loads. Some good options are any Seasonic or XFX power supply, Corsair AX/HX/TX series power supplies, Antec High Current Gamer power supplies, EVGA G2/P2 series.

Also, your system would not use more than 550w so a good 600-650w power supply would easily run this system with room to spare.
