Please solve my simple issue here.
Can my monitor bottleneck my R9 270X 2GB GDDR5's performance.
I have an LCD HP vp17 monitor which works well but sure is very old..literally very old the max refresh rate is 75 Hz and max resolution is 1280×1024
My question is stated above. I'm using i5 4460. 8GB corsair vengeance. And R9 270X 2GB.
