About a month ago I purchased a new graphics card, It's a Powercolor radeon HD 7770. It's been working fine for the most part, but what's bugging me is I get an occasional BSOD every few days that says "Attempt to reset display driver and recover from time out failed" that happens only when I start my PC. I always can just reboot the PC and get back to gaming like normal. One day though, something really wierd happened. I booted it up and heard nothing but my fan, and it stopped. Then I booted it up again, and it came to the desktop with tons of artifacts. I restarted it one last time and it worked fine.

The temps on the GPU stay at around 60-70 C when gaming, but they do go up to 75 C at 99% load. Here are my specs:

Processor Name: Intel Core i5-2320
Processor Speed: 3 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Storage Capacity : 1000 GB
Graphics Card: Amd 7700 series ( Upgraded from Intel HD 2000)
Primary Optical Drive: Dual-Layer DVD+/-RW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Power supply: CX430 430w

My question is what do these BSODs mean, should I be worried, and how do I make them stop?

Longshot, but are you watching flash videos (basically any videos on the internet like youtube) when you get the BSOD?

The BSOD only happens when I boot it up.

My drivers are the 14.6 amd catalyst beta drivers.
