SSL Errors on all Pages and applications that use internet and SSL

I am getting SSL errors on all pages and none of my applications that use SSL to connect work. My date, time, and time zone are set correctly in both the OS and the BIOS. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Windows 7 64 Bit with IE 9.

Sounds like malware, espically if you are using IE.

Run malwarebytes to scan and get yourself on any mainstream browser over IE; chrome, firefox, safari, any of them.
