New CPU or GPU?

Hi,
I am wanting to upgrade my PC as I am always playing arma 3 multiplayer which I only get about 20FPS, my specs are AMD FX8320, R9270x, 8GBRAM.
What should I upgrade to improve the FPS and what should I get to upgrade it?

hey, i play arma 3 on multiplayer and i have the same processor as yourself, but i have a different graphics card, i have a r9 290 tri-x 4gb graphics card, and i get around 50fps. hope this helps.

I would say its your cpu. You need to get one with better single core performance i dont know amd very well to suggest what one to upgrade to but thats my opinion. Ill help bump you for a better answer.

Also your settings will make a difference try turning them down.
