I bought a system a few years back and have decided to upgrade. I am moving from an i5 2400 to an i5 4670k so staying on intel. I am using the same GPU and HDD just until i can afford a the new parts. I understand that OEM is tied to one MoBo but heard that it works 9 out of 10 times anyway. How would i do so? Do i just delete the old drivers from my HDD and then plug in the HDD into the new system or what? Do I need to buy a new copy of windows or can I just swap in a new motherboard Do I need to buy a new copy of windows or can I just swap in a new motherboard?
