Solution

it is CWT (Channel Well Technology) made. i cant track much about it but there is no reason it should be bad. i would say a mediocre one but surely a lot better than your current one for sure. it has a combined 12v rails of 336W more than enough for your system! it can even run stronger gpu since it provides a 6pin pcie power cable

Nvidia's 300w recommendation is for the whole system not just the GPU. A stock 750ti will use a max of 64w, there are oc'd version that will use more but nothing close to 300w.

The problem is that is a very low quality PSU. You are already risking damaging the system by just using it. Putting it under any more load will increase the odds of catastrophic system killing failure. Low quality psus tend not to dia alone and many times they die in a spectacular manner(smoke and sometime flames).

that psu is very weak. this info you post isnt enlightening at all! however form gigatechs high resolution photos i receive the following. 12A for the 12V rail. that is very dissapointing! it can barely output 144w. the 5V rail can actually output a lot more and that is clearly an older psu design! i recommend a psu upgrade.! where are you buing from?

From one computer store from Bosnia called Hyperlink.

http://www.hyperlink.ba/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&category_id=47&page=shop.browse&Itemid=70&limit=20&limitstart=0 is this the store. extremely limited options unfortunatelly!are these only? Cooler Master PSU GM Series G650M 650W Modular this is the better quality one but really not needed. a true 450w one would be more than enough actually. other online stores?

Its +3.3V - 12A
+5V - 25A
+12V - 12A

So if some graphic card need 20amps minimal is this enough ?

you are interested in the 12v rail ability, pc components draws power from it. with 12A the gigatech isnt enough obviously. it isnt a 400w one. with a 12v rail of 12A*12V = 144W . it equals to an 200-250w psu.
