Since WoW is a bit older, it runs a lot better on intel CPUs which have more powerful single cores compared to the AMD CPUs you posted. Something with an i3 processor would work better for you.

Im not really to sure on how to build my own PC. So I would prefer a pre built machine.

My price range is about 500 - 650

A little over that amount is alright. I believe I am able to salvage the 8GB RAM I have since it doesn't look like it was affected by any water damage (computer is dead due to a water pump burst) :(
