I know from experience the Hyper 212 EVO doesn't have the legs for and 8320/8350. I would look for a more mid level cooler with a 140mm fan.

Yes, the way the heatsinks attach to AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM2, FM2+ is the same. The TDP of the processors is a whole different story. You could strap a Hyper 212 on a FX 9590 but that doesn't mean it's a good idea.....

What aren't you getting? It fits yes. Will it be adequate to cool your 8350? The answer to that is a resounding no.

Why wont it? The 965 has a TDP of 125w at stock speeds. At 4.2GHz its even higher than that. 8320 is 125w as well. The EVO has a mad TDP of 180w, which is much greater than that which the 8320/8350 can output.

If its listed under compatible processors, it will work.

I run a Hyper 212 on an FX-8320 and I sit at 36 C idle and don't break 55 C under Prime95 load at stock speeds in a HAF 932. So long as you aren't overclocking, the Hyper 212 is perfectly good even with only the fan it comes with. If you want to OC, I would recommend something larger or liquid cooling. It simply couldn't keep up when I started to up the voltage. Only managed +0.125 on the CPU before it was getting too hot for my liking so I dropped it back to stock and said screw it.

FYI: AMD cooler mounts have been the same since AM2. I'm actually using my FX's cooler on an A10-7850K.

Because when you overclock the 8320 and 8350 they basically become 9370's and 9590's. 220 watt cpu's. They are 8 core a 965 BE is 4 core. Use some common sense.

sorry i can not understand you ... should i get the cooler for my phenom now and for my upcoming fx 8320 or not ?

The number of cores dosent directly correlate to heat produced. FX cores are more energy efficient compared to older phenom processors.
The heat produced is the same regardless of cores.
The 9590 also runs at a speed of 4.7GHz.

In short, regardless of what has been said. The 212 EVO runs great on a 965, and can support an 8320 at stock to mild OC speeds.

Hmmmm, stock to mild overclock. It is good enough for an 8320 with caveats. Thanks for proving my point.
