What do you think of my build?

Wanted to know what you guys thought of my prospective build:
Case: NZXT H440 Black/Red ( This case just looks amazing

)
Motherboard: Maximus VII Ranger
CPU: I5 4690k
Graphics Card: Asus GTX 780
AIO: H110 (Almost the same price as an h100i here, only quieter and cooler)
HDD: Seagate ST2000DM001
SSD: Evo 840 500 Go (Already bought)
PSU: Hesitating between Seasonic X-650 and the Corsair RM650, but the corsair seems to be the better choice as I can't justify the 30 euro difference for the seasonic.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133 MHz

Seasonic X-650 < All Japanese caps , it's a higher quality supply.

I've seen that, but will it really make a difference? It is 30% more expensive than the Corsair which seems to be very good according to the reviews. (For example: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=363)

The RM series supplies have poor capacitors.

I think a lot of users here overuse the term "poor capacitors". It's almost termed to mean "any non-tier one capacitors are poor capacitors". 30 euros may be a stretch, but for that price, I'm sure there are better options, no?

Well then, I think you've convinced me, going with the seasonic then. But what could eventually happen with those poor capacitors?

THEY fail more often than the Japanese caps.

Japanese caps are built to handle the stress.
