Are these components good enough for next-gen games?

I live in Pakistan and my budget is around Rs. 60,000 which is equivalent to $600. I'm planning to purchase some new components as the previous ones are too outdated which won't run next-generation games. So, these are the components which I've planned in my budget:

  • ■Intel Core i5 4440 3.30 GHz (Rs. 20,500/$207)
    ■Gigabyte GTX 650Ti 2GB GDDR5 (Rs. 19,000/$192)
    ■ASUS B85M-G LGA 1150 (Rs. 9,000/$90)
    ■Kingston 8 GB DDR3 1600 Bus (Rs. 7,900/$80)
    ■Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM (Rs. 6,300/$63)

So, are these components compatible with next-generation games? Will heavy-duty games run from medium to high settings? Thanks in advance!

That's a tough call. The i3 is indeed a good gamer and perfectly matched to the GTX 750 Ti. That combo will give you better framerates gaming than the i5-4440 and the GTX 650 Ti because at that CPU class, it is all about the gfx card.

My resolution is going to be 1280 x 1024. The PSU which I've selected is Corsair VS550 550 Watt. I'm expecting to run Watch Dogs, GTA V (according to the predicted requirements), The Division, Titanfall, Need For Speed: Rivals, Batman: Arkham Origins and upcoming games.

Oh. OK. At 1280x1024, you will get better performance out of the GTX 650 Ti than at the usual 1080p resolution. As long as you game at that rez, the GTX 650 Ti will be sufficient. Can you get the GTX 750 Ti for a reasonable price where you are? It is as fast or faster than even the GTX 650 Ti Boost.
Needless to say, your PSU is good for either.

It seems like I can afford GTX 750 Ti 2 GB if I go with Intel Core i3-4150 Haswell. I heard it's pretty good for gaming, is it?

EDIT: Do you think the rest of the components are fine such as the PSU, HDD, RAM and Motherboard?

Your other components are good. The MB isn't an OC'er, but since you are not choosing from a "K" model CPU, you obviously don't OC.
