So my cousin and I play games often with one another, and one of our games requires us to connect directly to each others ip address.
Long story short we couldn't connect, we tried a variety of solutions, such as forwarding ports, but nothing changed the outcome. So he tried to see what would happen when he pinged me, and he shows a 25-50% loss of packets whenever her pings me.
What is causing this, how do I fix it, and could it allow us to connect in the game?
