In march I built my first PC! YAY! But I built it for video editing and gaming AND recording my games for YouTube... the issue is i'm getting quite the lag, and if not lag, the jitters. My recordings don't come out very nice and it bothers me. So I recently got a job, and now am thinking of investing $450 <-max into a new cpu, So i'm doing some light video editing and recording of games (mostly minecraft). So should I get an i7 4790K or an i5 4690k. To be honest I wouldn't mind going a bit cheaper on it, So could the i5 handle it? or would an i7 be more suited for my needs.
(ps I know it's not the GPU giving me lag because minecraft uses very little of the GPUS power, and for some reason I can record Grid Autosport on high settings (45 FPS) (multi-core?))
And please dont give me the answer that my FX 6300 is good enough for recording in 60 fps 1080p because it cant unless all my render distances are at 8 chunks (minecraft)
Thanks!
