Brothers and sisters of the PC Master Race, I have been absent from your ranks for almost a decade now; the time has come for me to return. So I can avoid buyer's remorse, I'm getting folks' opinions from all over to ensure that I have what I need. For this build I want to be as over the top as I can while remaining under $3000.00 What do y'all think? I'm starting to buy in three weeks. (OS will be Win 8.1)

that is a great build and should be great cant really get better then that for the price

All hail, our brother has returned to us! Jokes aside, good build but I'd replace that R9 290 with something else. It has some known bugs that are unresolved. Google 'RX 290 screen blacks out'.

Thank you Firstrig, it's a bummer that the card is having such an issue. Oh well, I guess I'll save up a little more money and buy a 780 ti. I really wanted the R9 for the memory and that wide memory bus.
