My Motherboard "BIOSTAR TH67+" Is having some issues.. I recently purchased a i7 3770k LGA1155 Processer for it. And when I put it in, it fit perfectly, but it didnt boot... But when I put back my i5 2300k it worked fine. Now im not sure if the i7 processer is messed up? But I put it in just right. is there something I should be doing like updating the BIOS or something? Help?

Solution
Try updating the bios, most old h67 mobos were released at the time of sandy bridge, and ivy bridge were supported with a bios update. Good thing is that you have a sandy bridge i5 to update the bios.

Hi! Did the problem solved? I have an old TH67+ and bought a i7 3770. The board is not booting and does not stop buzzing. Put back my i3 2100 and it's fine. The latest bios update did not chang anything. Any luck? Thanks👍
