I will be travelling from the states to Europe and I am kind of concerned about checking in my PC. If I empty my liquid cooling system of all liquids and transport it in parts will I be able to bring it as carry on? Has anyone here done something similar?

If the loop is empty then you should be fine, so long as your not barred from just outright taking it onboard (it is a massive hunk of metal, so...). Chances are they will only see the thing as a computer, and wouldn't even think there is water in it if its not obvious.
