Hello, i need a gaming pc on a tight budget. Will this run modern games on hight settings with efficient FPS. Games like cod, bf, the upcoming gta V and so on?

Yes, it will run games on very high/max settings until 2016 or so. However, change the garbage PSU to Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA or Corsair (HX,AX,TX) PSUs. Additionally, you could get G Skill Ares/Ripjaws or Corsair Vengeance RAM. Definitely change the PSU though.
