g3258 & msi b85-g43,how to overclock?

i build a new pc last week,my cpu is intel g3258,mobo is msi b85-g43,ram is kingston 8g,how to overclock?first step is?

with this b85 mb
you have to dl the special bios for overclocking

after the bios update, you should be able to oc as normal.

Yes. By default B series motherboards do not allow overclocking. Because of the special 20th anniversary G3258 CPU several vendors have released BIOS updates that allow for this. If you were forced to buy a Z series board to use with that CPU, it would defeat the entire purpose of a cheap, unlocked Intel CPU.
