I own a ASRock H97M Pro4 LGA 1150 Motherboard and a i5-4690 Intel Core and i am getting ready to buy some RAM and i want to get (2X4=8) of RAM and i would really like a set of Blue ones, haha so it will match with my motherboard. I would like the brand of Ripjaw. My price range is $80 and under. But i was wondering what speed of ram my should be for my CPU and MB? I saw on Newegg.com where ther is 1066-1600, 1866-2133, and 2400-above. What should i get?

The spec - http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H97M%20Pro4/?cat=Specifi...

says "Supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066 non-ECC, un-buffered memory" - so I'd get 1600

DO you thing that G.skill is the only brand of RAM that is reliable an good quality? I just hate where they are so expensive i mean they are more expansive that most average motherboards, i mean wow. I have found a (2X4=8) Vulcan ram for $75 but i have never heard of the brand before. Can you recommend a great quality brand o ram that does not coast well over what it should coast?

My build list is seen by putting your cursor over the blue i7 logo.

You can't overclock your cpu or with that motherboard.

On my 3820, I ran it up to 4.7 for a while. I haven't tried with my 3930k - no need to - it has enough grunt without overclocking.
