Anyway to cut down the cost of this build?

So what I want to know is if there's anyway t save some money without dropping frames, e.g. downgrading the CPU
CPU- i5 4670k
MOBO- Gigabyte Z97-HD3
RAM- 2x4gb vengeance
HDD- 1tb caviar blue
GPU- r9 290
PSU- 650w xfx

I would go for a Z87 Mobo then, and maybe downgrade to a R9 280X or GTX 760, but it is a solid PC you got there, and there is not much to be changed without affecting performance too much

Most likely, but I don't plan on getting any aftermarket coolers, mainly because I'm new to pc building and all that stuff, so the overclocks wont be particularly adventurous, mainly the cpu will be getting OC'd but like I said, not in a "hardcore" manner, just a little something to get a bit more out of it
