Hello folks, further to my question on a gaming system build for myself (thanks for the replies everyone), I was talking to my father about building it, and he asked if I'd be able to build him a really cheap PC to stream & play videos. It has to sit under the TV in a cupboard and will replace the existing DVD player, VHS, laptop etc.
Required specs:
- HDMI output
- Low budget (as close to £100 excl. peripherals and OS)
- Lots of storage
- Tiny case size! Micro ATX preferred
It doesnt need to be used for anything other than browsing and playing video. Will a GPU be required to get a HDMI output?
