All parts being bought from pcpartpicker.

CPU: Intel core i5 4590 3.3GHz Quad Core Processor (198.98)
CPU Cooler: I'm going to use the stock cooler
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX LGA1150 Mobo (107.99)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 - 1600 Memory (74.70)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5'' 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive(49.99)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB DirectCU II Video Card(229.99)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case (49.99)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA Nex 650W 80+ gold Certified Fully Modular ATX PSU (69.99)
OPtical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS/DVD/CD Writer (19.98)
OS license (forgot to mention that this is included in budget): Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64bit) (84.98)
until i can get a wired network im forced to use a wireless network adapter: TP-Limk TL-WN881ND 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 WiFi Adapter (18.95)
Keyboar/Mouse (I got a bundle): Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator Gaming BundleWired Gaming keyboard w/Optical Mouse (29.99)

That's my build, the total becomes 935.53 $ it went over 900 dollar which kind of bugs me, if there is anything i can do to bring the price down a bit that would be great, the os license is a killer but im going to need, any more suggestions will be taken into account and appreciated and also i'm not going to make my absolute final decision for a couple days because i feel like i haven't done enough research, thanks for all your help so far :D

alright thx i will check the xfx and i have no idea why, didnt notice :p
do u have any recommendations, I'm trying to keep the total price for everything under 900 dollars

heres my tweak of your build

less expensive motherboard and case allows faster ram, a much better gpu, and an adjustment to the psu and a internal wi-fi card instead of usb

I think i want to go with the intel i5 4590 cpu but before i make my decision i have a question, compared to the fx 8350 if im streaming or recording, does the fx8350 do alot better then the 4590 or a little better, like will i have to turn the setting down at all or a bit because im fine wth taking down the settings. Also how come some r9 270x cost less and some cost more and is there a performance difference if the price is 169 compared to 199?

Thanks for your help so far

The i5 will be fine. Most games are playable even with two strong cores so you won't have issues with recording software. Most recording software split work between the CPU and GPU so it's not completely CPU intensive. The FX-8350 can handle it better with more cores, but the gaming quality won't match that of the i5 even with recording alongside.

As for the graphics card, the main thing between the cards is the cooler. I've never been a fan of PowerColor graphics card and their cooler is pretty crappy. I would stick with the other ones mentioned. Asus's cooler is by far the quietest. As for performance, I am not sure how well the Asus one matches up with the Club 3D one.

does the r9 280 work well with this cpu, will i get decent frames, also can people recommend some cheaper gpus that work really well for gaming because the 280 is kind of out of my budget

The i5-4590 will work with any single graphics card without bottlenecking. Once you get into high-end multi-GPU, then the i5-4590 will bottleneck them due to not being able to overclock. In a nutshell, don't worry about it. Get the best that you can afford.

this is the build am going for unfortunately its over budget but i'm going to try and see if i can get it because it's still under 1000 technically. I was going to get the Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case as someone suggested but the price went up to lik 45 dollar and i'm already over budget. I really like the case i chose cuz ik exactly how i'm going to configure it. thank you for all your help, guyz i really appreciate it, it's really helped me alot also are there any other suggestions i should take into account?

1. That motherboard requires BIOS version P2.00 to run the Intel Core i5-4590. I don't know if the new motherboards will come with the latest up-to-date BIOS. Please ask ASRock about it prior to purchase. If it does not come with the latest BIOS, you won't be able to boot.

2. That network adapter is crap.
