Soon I'll buy pc motherboard is Asus Sabertooth 990fx r2.0, gpu r9 290x lightning, cpu is fx 8350, and case is Thermaltake corev71 and I want good fans to cool them I already thinking getting h100i liquid cpu cooler and put it on top of the case and replace 120mm fans with better ones and make them exhaust. Also I want two 140mm fans in front as intakes, one or two 120mm in bottom (intake) and of course rear exhaust. And I want those fans to cool well silence is not the main priority but if temps are the same and it is more silent I'll pick that one up.

Noctua fans are great for performance/sound ratio. The Noctua NF-F12 are really good. They perform very well and are silent.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Case Fan: Noctua NF-F12 PWM 55.0 CFM 120mm Fan ($17.99 @ Amazon)
Case Fan: Noctua NF-A14 PWM 82.5 CFM 140mm Fan ($21.95 @ Amazon)
Total: $39.94
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

As ksham mentioned above, Noctua's are one of the best but are usually a bit more expensive.

I have both and 2 strapped on a radiator. I only hear the 2 on the radiator slightly because it needs to pull air through the rad.
