Asus Z97-A or Asus Maximus VII Ranger?

As the title says. Basically I will be doing a lot of gaming on it and some 3D modelling and video editing and going to have a 2 way sli of GTX 760. So is it worth paying a tad-bit higher price for the Ranger or should I stick with the Z97-A? I'm going to overclock too on the way, so keep that in mind. Thanks

Both mobos almost the same.
Only Z97-A have S/PDIF-Out, but Ranger have Post Card onboard, so if you will overclocking - you will need that post card for debugging.
