pls suggest me a decent ram module

Guys I want to upgrade my PC's ram from 2gb to 4gb.
My system specs are
Mother board asus P5SD2-VM
Intel dual core e2200 at 2.2ghz
2 GB DDR2 ram ( Dynet 2gb PC2-5300U-555)
Nvidia Gt 630 1gb ddr3

Pls suggest me a 2GB stick which can be coupled with the above one.
I just want to play FIFA 14 on medium settings.

That DDR2 memory with 555MHz is very rare to find it these days, you might consider upgrading to two new memory modules..

Yes, you can, but everything apart from the 'MHz' must be exactly the same and if you combine 555Mhz with 667 or Higher MHz, you system can only use the LOWER speed i.e. the 555MHz from both the sticks.. Which country are you from?

Let it run on lower clock speed but which one has everything else exactly same as this ?

I build myself a new one :
Gigabyte Ga78Lmt USB 3 mobo with fx6300 and corsair value select 4 GB ddr3 and gt630.
