My diplay adapter says "standard VGA Graphics Adapter" Its not saying the name of my driver.

i have recently installed windows 7. i was using windows vista before. i am having ati mobility radeon 2300 graphics card . When i installed my drivers and saw in devic manager it is still showing standard vga adaptor. when i restrt and select vista it shows ati radeon. Please help m e i want to use windows 7 . but i am not able to with this :(

Graphics cards can be funny sometimes.
Go to device manager and mess with your graphics adapter if win 7 has accepted the card than there should be an option to switch the integrated off and turn on the ati.
