Hello,
2 days ago I've decided to buy a new graphics card. I bought the gtx760 as a replacement for my HD7770. The card is great and all, but yesterday whilst playing watch dogs my computer suddenly shut down like someone removed all power to it. After this I waited some time before starting it up again, but after 30 minutes of playing watch dogs again it did the same thing.
Today it happened while playing minecraft and I don't know what could be the cause of the problem. I've installed speedfan to check the temperatures whilst playing but my gpu's fine. The cpu on the other hand runs at 70C
From what I've read it's probably a heat issue with my cpu, but I find it strange that it only started happening now and I haven't touched the cpu at all while switching the cards :/
Current setup:
Mother board: asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
CPU: AMD fx-8320
GPU: GTX760
PSU: cooler master 650watt
