external USB windows cannot find the specified file error? Help!

Hi, i have a toshiba 64gb USB stick, and at the moment it isn't working, i went to reformat it now it isn't working. i reformat it through windows "virtual disk manager windows cannot find the specified file" format it through disk manager "virtual disk manager windows cannot find the specified file" format it through CMD and use disk part, "virtual disk manager windows cannot find the specified file" doesn't let me clean or create a partition, even easeUS doesn't recognise it!

Anyone help please?!

The memory chips inside it are most likely corrupt - - not fixable. Dump it and buy new.
Buy best known brand you can afford and be suspicious of 64 GB ones as there are thousands of fake ones in circulation from China.
