cannot log on to my laptop it says there are currently no logon servers available to service the logo request

the user name was changed and also the users rights from "standard user' to administrator and when the laptop was restarted, we could not log on anymore, and i have tried with password, without passworr, in safe mode with networking and nothing. I will appreciate your help

I have to ask, is this PC part of a corporate network, or was it before you got it? Are you using it at home now or on a corporate network? If on a managed network, talk to the IT group.

At the login prompt you may be able to select the "domain" to log in to; make sure that it is set to the local computer and not an external domain.
