Computer Randomly Restarting

As of yesterday, my computer has begun to randomly restart. At first I thought it was happening while playing games, but it is happening at random times. While I'm surfing the web, watching Twitch streams, or playing games. My computer doesn't go through the windows restart, it instantly shuts down, and restarts. It is not a BSOD, as I have ticked off that option which makes my computer restart when an error occurs. I don't get any error messages.

My specs:
Processor: i7 4770k
GPu: Nvidia GTX 780
Motherboard: AsRock z97 Killer
PSU: Corsair RM 750
RAM: 2x8gb g.Skill RAM

Video card hardware failures doesn't fluctuate frame rates, it directly affects the whole performance or significantly decrease the game performance. Uninstall and re-install drivers and check again.. If the problem persists, you've to check the PSU as "sincreator" said..
