Seems okay to me, especially for a 4.7ghz overclock.

That seems right, I did some research online and people generally got 69-100 Degrees with their over-clocking.

Are you using some utility to overclock your processor? Or are you going into the BIOS and changing the settings? I'm gonna guess some kind of utility, right?

First step in a good overclock, is to set a baseline for your processor...so you know where your starting point is. Go into the BIOS, keep the stock clocks, and lower the voltage down little by little until Prime 95 or OCCT no longer runs stable. I would suggest .01 volts each time. Once those no longer run stable for, say...a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour...then raise the voltage up to the next setting that was stable, and THEN...and ONLY then, should you start your overclock.

And never...never, ever, EVER, use one of those utilities to overclock.

I would fix it to the value you are currently at. That prevents it from drawing more voltage than necessary if the OS requests.

Uh, that would depend on the settings in the BIOS. The motherboard will move the voltage up a tiny bit under heavy loads to make sure the chip stays stable, even setting the voltage manually. Load Line Calibration is one of the settings that plays a part in this. I have mine set as high as it will go.
