My pc is old and have:
Mother Gigabyte H55M-S2V
Intel Core i5-650 (3.20Ghz)
NVIDIA GT 240
4GB DDR3 Kingston 1600mhz

I will buy a new 2x4GB DDR3 Kingston 1600mhz and a Sentey 750W (Erp750-pm).

The Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 will use all your potential in my PC?

yes the r9 270x will work with your system 270x needs 24 amps at 12 volt and a minimum of 500watt psu so anything above it would work for 270x but choose a good brand like seasonic ,xfx, corsair rm/tx ...for longevity and good performance under load..

Thanks, I will try to buy the XFX PRO750W Core Edition 80+ Bronze ATX 750

The i5-650 (3.20Ghz) is enough for R9 270x or i5-650 will limit it?
