my new pc keeps freezing randomly in just about everything i'm doing sometimes it happen once a week sometimes it happen multiple times in an hour i have no idea why.

my spec
cpu : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30Ghz
motherboard : biostar h61mh
ram : 2x2gb ram ddr3 pc10600 1333Mhz
psu : Sun 500w
gpu : radeon hd 7790 powercoller turboduo

Solution
I would first try replacing your CPU cooler to a more high performance one. Intel makes ok coolers, but there are much better solutions out there.
I highly recommend the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099&cm_re=cooler_master_hyper_212_evo-_-35-103-099-_-Product

If installing this does not solve your problem, I would try replacing the motherboard.
Don't worry if the cooler did not solve your problem. A better cooler is essential to a gaming build

It could be a malware, a malfunctioning application or driver malfunction.
Do you remember if it started after you install a new application or update any driver?
It will help if you download HijackThis (http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/) and send us a log file.

Instructions:
Download and copy the file to the desktop.
Restart the PC, wait the OS load and log in.
Do not open any application or anything else but go right away to the application. Right-click on it and execute as admnistrator.
Click on Scan and Save log. Send us the log.

Ok, I didn't see anything suspicious. You could run a memory RAM test or test the machine with one memory and later another.

It could be. I see in your first screenshot that your socket temperature is -7C, which could mean either that the socket temperature is so high that the probe is malfunctioning, or the probe was faulty from the beginning, and that the system is responding to the false temperature.
What CPU cooler are you using?

sorry for the delayed replay. the cooler type is intel, so i've been wondering that if the problem is as you described and the socket is faulty what should i do buy a new motherboard or is there any other option?

If installing this does not solve your problem, I would try replacing the motherboard.
