I planned to buy a new cpu ......i wish to buy i5 4670k but i am not going to OVERCLOCK so my friend suggested me to get a i5 4670....... is there any difference between 15 4670k and 4670

The K-series CPU are unlocked for overclocking. If you are not overclocking, then your friend makes a good point in getting the i5-4670.

Alternatively, there is an i5-4690.
