i5 4690k Temp with H100i

My basic PC build is:

i5 4690k
Asus Hero VII
Corsair H100i
PSU Corsair CX 750W

When the CPU is idle 10~20% CPU I get 35° C,

When I do Prime95 test about 3~7 min,

The CPU is still in stock configs(3.5 Ghz, 3.9 Turbo), the room temperature is about 25°~28° C. Is this temperature normal?

EDIT:

As I suspected, the temps was so wrong, I changed the pre aplicated thermal compounder in h100i, and now in idle I get 28° C and Full Load 43 ° C.

I have the corsair 600t case with an h100i cooler, but I decided not to use corsairs software since it is glitchy and hook up the fans to the corsairs fan controller and set it to 40%. I have mine at the top of the case with a push configuration, and an exhaust out the back of the machine. I am running a z97 extreme6 motherboard, evga gtx 680 4gb ftw gpu and a RM850 modular PSU along with an EVO 250 samsung SSD.

My temps are actually very low. The machine Idles at 22c and when gaming for about 3 hours, Sniper Elite V3 COop it gets to about 37c. (aka HWMon) At the same time the GPU never gets above 60c with the fan utilizing PrecisionX at 80% - fan curve. Since I have my headset on I do not hear the fans at all.

ambient temperature 20.5556 - 69F ( basement office )
