Yes it can, however, your system isn't completely optimized. What I mean by that is the GTX 780 is overkill.

Since your only playing at 1080P, get a Geforce GTX 770, and use the extra $100 to get an intel core i7 4790K so streaming should be smoother because of the core i7. And you will still be able to play at all the settings you like.

Yes. It will be able to. It's probably not the most ideal build. I'd suggest getting a r9 290 with a decent cooler and spending an extra hundred on an i7 maybe.

I will still go with the gtx 780 I will just save an extra $100 for the i7
