I am building a new pc and I seem to be running into some confusion over windows 7. Basically when I look around the web for windows 7 home premium It comes up with a variety of products ranging from £30 to £170 so I am really confused to which version I need to buy to be able to run on a new rig . By different versions I mean things like OEM and product keys and things like that. I found these for example and I am confused over which one will actually work:

So would anyone be able to tell me which type of windows 7 Home premium I need to run on a new built pc? And preferably a copy under £75 (if they exist).
