Choice of a CPU cooler?

After months of skulking around the forums, I've finally built my first PC.

Specs:
AMD FX 6300 Black edition
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
Zotac Geforce GTX 750 Ti
8 GB Corsair Vengeance (2 x 4 GB)
Corsair VS 450 PSU
ASUS DVD Drive
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB hard drive
Cooler Master Elite 311 Red cabinet

For some 3 weeks now, I've been using the stock cooler. I haven't overclocked it yet, but I plan to in the future. But the stock cooler is NOISY. Very noisy. CPU reached a max temp of 56 degrees though, so I guess its okay. But as I am planning to get rid of the noise, I saw two options for an aftermarket cooler.

As you can see, I have gone with low cost components, so my only two options are the Deepcool Gammaxx 300 and the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO.

Are these two better (less noisy and more efficient) than the stock? Is it worth spending money on these? Which one among these two are better?

Thanks!

Zalman is also offering really good CPU Heatsink. Take a look at the CNPS9900. There is different versions so be careful. If you can find it for around 25$, jump on it. It's quiet and well made, but tricky to figure out how to install. There is also another model looking like that CM EVO that is dirt cheap on NCIX right now, (12$).
