Will my system build work ?

Solution
Drop back to 8GB of RAM. Use the difference to increase the graphics card to a GTX750Ti, and get a better PSU, such as a 380W Antec Earthwatts. The Corsair "CX" is not durable because it is made with inferior Samxon capacitors that don't tolerate heat well.

First off, price match off NCIX to save on shipping. If you buy from many different stores, you will need to cope on shipping which can become an important budget factor.

Secondly, AMD provide better bang for the bucks for CPU below 150$.

Finally, cross out Corsair. For the money you invest, you need to cut where you can.

Also, you don't need 16GB, save yourself another 80$.

Check for a GTX 760, an average 450W PS, a smaller mobo from another brand (Gigabyte QA sux) and a slightly more expensive AMD CPU (around 120$).
