Yes it will but i recommed you upgrade to a 700w power supply to safely handle the power requirements of that card, and make sure to get a psu with 80 plus certification.

Yes, the gs600 will run it, no need to upgrade. You don't need 50 +12v amps, the sys
will run fine on 31 +12v amps, the gs600 has 49 +12v amps, plenty, you could OC if you wanted.
