Is this system good for gaming and light video editing?

I want to know if this system can run games well (Not brand new games as I personally think they suck) and do some video editing as I wan't to start a gaming channel (I'm using AMD Game DVR for recording), anyway here are the specs:
CPU: Intel i5 4690 (non k)
GFX card: AMD R9 280 STRIX Asus
Storage 1: 120gb SSD (For Windows and a linux distro)
Storage 2: 2tb WD green (might get another 2tb in the future)
Mobo: Asus z87 / z97 (k) or msi z87 / z97 Gaming mobo
PSU: Corsair hx 750
Also I want to know if this power supply enough / too much for this system, I will be crossfiring in the future though it is in very distant future so I could upgrade the PSU at the same time.

ifu install windows 7 64bit u r processor alone works like a graphic card..i think u no need to buy a discrete graphics card for gaming

The integrated graphics on *all* processors are pathetic. He's quite correct in getting a discrete graphics card.
