I have a Sony Vaio laptop and had it for about a year now and suddenly when I turn on the laptop to log in the log in box dosen''t appear just the blue screen ( the one that's light blue when you log in not the dark blue) please help!!
Best thing to try is boot the pc in safe mode by mashing the F8 key on start up then see if the log in box appears, if that doesn't work try restoring a system restore point of when it did work
