I've been sitting here in my chair awake for a more than a straight 48 hour looking on the internet for how to find out my windows 8 proxy. I've been up so long with even getting up that I'm starting to tear up.

Windows Key + X ---> Control Panel --> Network and Internet --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings. If Proxy is check, uncheck it. That should fix it.
