I really hope not to go over the price of $80 on an SSD but that is hard to find good quality SSD`s in that price range. I will mainly (ONLY) use it for my OS, Skyrim, and maybe another game that will perform much better on an SSD. So far i have found and have been recommended by others of three SSD`s so far and here they are below. Is any other SSD`s that are better for the price, please tell me.

Solution
SSD - SATA 3
HDD - SATA 2 or SATA 3.

Only SSDs currently take advantage of the speed provided by SATA 3. You can plug it into a SATA 2 port, but that would be restricting performance. A HDD barely even use up SATA 2 speeds so it's fine on SATA 2. You can plug it into a SATA 3 port because SATA is backwards and forwards compatible.

The Intel one is good. And it uses the MLC NAND controller over the TLC that the EVO uses. However, the EVO is almost two times faster in non-sequential reads. Intel one is faster at sequential reads, but when it comes down to it, the only one that matters is non-sequential reads.

I haven't had any problems with my Samsungs yet for over a year now. On the other hand I have had 2 out of 3 Intel 320 series fail on me (one from a firmware bug in the 320 series that was supposedly fixed, they (Intel) even gave me a refund for my troubles with my second drive failure).

Oh ok thanks for the info man, btw how did you learn most of this stuff? Have you worked in the field or did you mainly teach yourself at home? Oh and my MB has 6 SATA3 connectors so i am good because i do not have any SATA2 lol. But anyways i was wondering what the 6 means? Here is what it says SATA3 6.0 Gb/s.

It means the speed of SATA 3. It's a bit redundant. It is there for people who don't know that SATA 3 runs at 6 Gigabit per second.

I learned it by a little of both. Having experience with some of the products at work, reading benchmark tests, and just following the news. You can learn quite a lot if you just spend a bit of time in it. Of course, having interest in the field helps.
