Focusing on the Z97 chipset, the MSI GUARD-PRO(not a good option for SLI/Xfire) seems to be good but there are also other boards close within that price range that are better.

Definitely the choices you gave are awesome.
But in India the prices for these mobos are just too much.

I am from Agra. My Budget is Rs. 50000/- and this also includes Dell S2240L 21.5 inch monitor. Just Bought the GPU Zotac 750Ti 2Gb from snapdeal for Rs. 10115/- [5%OFF only till today]. Want to buy MSI TF model but out of Budget.

I recently assembled a PC for my friend having MSI Z87-G43 Mobo, but that was in U.K. The board is superb.
I asked a local dealer about MSI, he directly said that there is very poor support for MSI in India, better go for Gigabyte or ASUS. Also after reading the some bad reviews on newegg about MSI Z87-G43 I was bit confused as to go for newer board (Z97, M.2) or stick to the one which I like.
When I saw the benchmarks - http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/pc-components/motherboards/msi-z87-g43-1185446/review I was relieved.

I can't spend more than Rs. 10,000/- on motherboard bcoz I am spending a lot on CPU. I don't need SLI. But do have plans to buy SSD later when the prices will come down.

If you can just pick one mobo, as per the scenario, that will be really helpful.

Actually the TF is good but for the 750Ti the reference cards(the one that zotac sells)are good and recommended.
Yes, the guy gave you the correct information. We have a very poor RMA service of MSI in india while the best is of ASUS.
My opinions:
1.Within 50,000INR you cannot do the entire build which includes a monitor and a 4690k.
2.I'd suggest you to chop off the 4690k and get a fx.8350/8320/i5-4570. The card you bought is good and it doesn't support SLI(no need of that since wouldn't do SLI in future).
3.If it were a AMD build,it would be a close call.
4.From among those motherboards, the best would be:
