yes the board is good...the case i prefer is nzxt phantom 410 has 3 included fans with a mini fan controller and the case itself looks awesome and have enough space for long gpu..http://www.amazon.co.uk/NZXT-Phantom-Midi-Tower-Chassis/dp/B006I2H084/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1405722853&sr=1-2&keywords=nzxt+phantom+410 and you have not mentioned your budget for your gpu...still a r9 270x or gtx 760 or r9 280 will be a good upgrade from gtx 750ti...you can almost play every games in ultra settings with these cards...

why are u spending more money on z87 motherboard you are buying the non k version of i5 so no overclocking then why buy a oc supported mobo just buy a h87 board..and 750 watt is way way overkill for a gtx 750ti ...750ti is one of the most power efficient cards available it requires 20A and a 400W PSU ...a 450 - 500 wat psu would be more than enough for it ...other things looks fine..

well i like the case mainly because of the fan controller i think the controller can support up to 5 fans controlled ...and total of 7 fans...so it saves u the money for buying a fan controller later if u want to add more fans...and the 760 is a good card its slightly better than the 270x and slightly less better than 280..
